Business

Position: Entry level position to Regional Director.

Profile: Fresh Graduates to 15 years of experience. Be a natural leader.

Location:
All metro cities, capital of States and big cities of State in the Country.

Job Responsibilities:
You will be overall in-charge of growing and managing the business of Powai Labs in your geography.

Competencies:
Strong direct sales skills and knowledge of tendering process, liaison with Government, relationship with higher technical institutes, Universities etc. are much desired.

Qualification:
anyone with strong business acumen and great ambition need apply. For this role more than education, aptitude and attitude are important. A proven track record is a must for experienced candidates.


Technical

Hardware Engineer

Position:
Entry level position to Project Manager.

Profile:
Fresh Graduates to  10 years of experience. Be a natural leader.

Job Responsibilities:
You will be overall in charge of growing and managing the engineering team. You are expected to define and manage customer feedback and drive productivity. Effective and efficient management of human resources, tools, infrastructure & knowledge.

Competencies:
Strong project operations, technology management exposure and experience. Experience in product development within the microelectronics, EDA or IT field, would be desirable.

Qualification: Diploma in (Electronics/Computers) or
Engineering Graduate (Computer Science/IT/Electronics)  or  MS/M Tech.(VLSI) /PG Diploma in (VLSI).


Software Engineers

Position: Entry level position to Project Manager.

Profile:
Fresh Graduates to  10 years of experience. Be a natural leader.

Job Responsibilities:
You are expected to define and manage customer feedback and drive productivity.

Competencies: Strong project operations, technology management exposure and experience. Experience in product development within the microelectronics, EDA or IT field, would be desirable.

Qualification: Diploma in (Electronics/Computers) or
Engineering Graduate (Computer Science/IT/Electronics)  or BSc (Computers) or MS/M Tech.(VLSI/Computer) /PG Diploma in (VLSI/Computer).


Techno Commercial

Position: Entry level position to Regional Head.

Profile:
Fresh Diploma/ Graduates Engineers to  10 years of experience. Be a natural leader.

Job Responsibilities:
You are expected to define and manage customer feedback and drive productivity. Support installation so that client is more effective with their work, this should translate into higher client satisfaction per account that is being handled by you.

Competencies:
Excellent technical knowledge, business acumen, commitment to help client, love for traveling.

Qualification: Diploma in (Electronics/Computers) or  Fresh Diploma/ Graduates/ Engineers /PG Diploma in VLSI.
